NSW: Man accused of shootings appears in court
A man will appear in a Sydney Court today to face charges including murder over theshooting of two brothers in the city's western suburbs.
HEINRICH FUHRMANN, aged 58, of Ruse, was charged in Parramatta Local Court yesterdaywith murder and shooting with intent to murder.
Police say 22-year-old DALLAS SMITH died at the scene after being shot by a gunmanwho approached the brothers as they were entering their home in Ruse late Friday night.
His 20-year-old brother BRYCE, who managed to crawl to a neighbour's house for help,is in a stable condition at Liverpool Hospital.
FUHRMANN will front Liverpool Local Court today.
